April 2018 update brings some big news.  Due to restrictions of being an NWT LTD company, we’ve moved the company into Alberta under the name 9333 Helicopter Leasing Ltd.  Nothing other than the name has changed. Our website can now be accessed via http://www.9333heli.com or http://www.933389.ca.

Financial statements for year end 2018 will be available for existing shareholders at the end of the month.  If you have any questions, please feel free to use the Contact form.

2016 and the beginning of 2017 has been a busy year for the directors of 933389.  Namely, in the last quarter of 2016, GSH bought our 212, C-FNOU, and we bought another AS350B3, C-FYZF.  Additionally, we purchased the GSH half of C-GYFS.  That makes us the proud owners of two B3s and one B2.

During last fall, we were also able to secure leases for all three aircraft for the next several years.
